Returns on damaged artwork or print

 

It's our policy that returns are only granted for products that have been damaged. Therefore, please notify us within 48 hours if your merchandise is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it (with the certificate of authenticity if applicable). It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 working days.

We will not be held responsible if orders are returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or for items that go unclaimed at the depot.
